Make global managed network services work.

We are looking for an International Service & Project Manager (Human*) – Managed Services to take ownership of global network and communication services for international industrial customers. You ensure reliable service delivery, drive continuous improvement and coordinate selected network and infrastructure projects in an international environment.

In this role, you act as the central interface between customers, internal operations and engineering teams, external service providers and management. Your main focus is Service Management, complemented by project responsibility for the introduction, expansion and optimization of network services.

Your responsibilities

• Take end-to-end responsibility for managed network services, including service quality, SLAs, KPIs and improvement measures.
• Lead service reviews with international customers and translate performance data into clear actions.
• Coordinate Incident, Problem, Change and Escalation Management processes with internal teams and external providers.
• Manage Capacity, Availability and Service Continuity topics for global network services.
• Assess efforts for service-related activities and support service, contract and scope adjustments.
• Integrate new topics into existing services from a process, operational and contractual perspective.
• Plan and coordinate international network projects, rollouts, site connections and migrations.
• Create and align technical concepts, migration concepts, service documentation and service handbooks.

Your profile

• Several years of experience in IT Service Management, Managed Services or IT infrastructure delivery, ideally in an international environment.
• Experience with global industrial customers, distributed support organizations and multi-provider environments.
• Strong understanding of global network services and the interaction of different network technologies, including WAN, LAN, WLAN, security, provider services and cloud connectivity.
• Proven ability to design and create technical concepts, service contracts, service handbooks and service documentation.
• Solid knowledge of Service Level Management, Incident, Problem and Change Management.
• ITIL Foundation is expected; ITIL 4 and agile working methods are a plus.
• Good commercial understanding regarding service scope, effort assessment, provider performance and contractual service changes.
• Very good German & English skills

• Occasional international travel.
• Participation in management-level escalation and on-call processes may be required.
• Experience in production or industrial environments with global locations is highly valuable.
