Your Role

As a Technical Support Advisor , you will:

• Be the first point of contact for dealers and end users via phone and email

• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide accurate resolutions

• Educate customers on product updates and best practices

• Manage support tickets and documentation

• Collaborate internally on escalations and complex cases

What We're Looking For

• Proficient or bilingual in German

• Advanced level of English

• Minimum 2 years experience in Customer Service or Technical Support

• Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset

• Ability to work in a structured, customer-focused environment
