Network, OT & Cybersecurity Operations | Dresden

Do you want to actively shape managed services and successfully lead technical teams? As a Service Delivery Manager, you’ll be responsible for the quality, stability, and ongoing development of our services. In this role, you’ll combine technical expertise with clear leadership and data-driven management.

Our office in Dresden serves as the hub for collaboration with your cross-location team.

WHAT YOU CAN LOOK FORWARD TO

• Technical and managerial leadership of our 2nd- and 3rd-level teams
• Responsibility for stable, efficient, and SLA-compliant service delivery
• Planning and prioritizing staff deployment, workload, and capacity
• Ensuring resource planning, including on-call schedules
• Managing escalations, handling major incidents, and implementing sustainable improvement measures
• Taking over new services following a successful transition
• Further developing incident, problem, change, and release processes
• Analyzing and reporting relevant service metrics to improve quality and productivity
• Actively participating in the further development and implementation of standardized and automated operational processes
• Working closely with Service Management, Engineering, and Sales

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING WITH YOU

• A degree, vocational training, or comparable professional experience in computer science
• Your career to date has focused on modern network technologies, including related security concepts
• At least five years of experience in IT service management or IT operations
• Leadership experience in a technical and international service environment
• A solid understanding of ITIL, ITSM processes, and SLA management
• Experience analyzing monitoring and ticket data with the goal of further automating service processes
• A structured approach to work, strong decision-making skills, and a strong service orientation
• Ability to present and visualize process flows in a structured manner and to document operational procedures
• Willingness to participate in the MOD on-call rotation
• Very good German and English language skills

NOT A MUST, BUT A PLUS

• ITIL or project management certification
• Experience with NOC, SOC, or SIAM environments
• Knowledge of OT security and automated operations platforms
