As Senior Manager Digitalization, Analytics & Artificial Intelligence, you will lead a team of experts, drive strategic transformation initiatives, and unlock business value through scalable digital and AI-driven solutions.Your roleKey responsibilities in your new roleLead and develop a high-performing team of up to 5 experts in Digitalization, Advanced Analytics, and AI, with strong focus on execution excellence, rapid delivery, accountability, and measurable business value creationDefine and drive the local digitalization and AI target picture, roadmap, and use case portfolio—from ideation and prioritization to implementation, scaling, lifecycle management, and value harvesting—in alignment with site priorities and cross-site strategyAct as the local single point of contact for digitalization demand management, proactively identifying innovative use cases and translating business needs into scalable digital, analytics, ML/AI, and software solutionsDeliver and scale cross-site solutions while ensuring operational excellence through KPI-driven management, efficient processes, and sustainable governance frameworksServe as trusted advisor and key stakeholder across all organizational levels, driving strong collaboration with site management, rollout organizations, cross-site teams, and external partnersLead resource, project, and budget planning with a strong sense of urgency, solution-oriented mindset, and commitment to achieving ambitious operational and productivity targetsDrive cultural transformation toward data-driven decision-making and represent both the local site and the team in strategic cross-site initiatives and technology domainsYour profileYou combine strategic thinking with a strong execution mindset and thrive in complex stakeholder environments. You take ownership, think beyond individual solutions, and focus on creating sustainable impact at scale.Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field combined with a strong entrepreneurial and value-oriented mindsetProven leadership experience in semiconductor manufacturing, ideally within digital transformation, advanced analytics, AI, or smart manufacturing environmentsStrong ability to combine the capabilities of Team Lead, Project Manager, Product Owner, and Scrum Master with deep expertise in Digitalization, Software Engineering, Data Analytics, ML/AI, and GenAITrack record of delivering and scaling enterprise digitalization and AI solutions (software products and platforms) with measurable business impact and end-to-end lifecycle ownershipDeep knowledge and proven experience in working with modern software and data and AI ecosystems, visualization solutions, interactive application, including scalable architectures and DevOps/MLOps/LLMOps practices, experience delivering GenAI applications is a plusStrong experience in agile delivery environments, stakeholder management, and communication with senior management and cross-functional organizationsProficiency with modern collaboration and development tools such as JIRA, Confluence, GitLab, and CopilotFluent in English and German#WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.As a global leader in semiconductor solutions in power systems and IoT, Infineon enables game-changing solutions for green and efficient energy, clean and safe mobility, as well as smart and secure IoT.
