Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role

• Disciplinary and functional leadership of the shift team , including the development and coaching of employees and apprentices- Responsibility for transport system****s and automation equipment in the 200 mm and 300 mm manufacturing facilities- Execution of IT FAB support for both production lines, including AMC shutdowns as well as coordination and escalation to on-call support teams- Responsibility for the timely response to disruptions , including the initiation of appropriate corrective actions (crisis management)- Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, security requirements, fire protection regulations and cleanroom guidelines

The position involves working in a continuous 8-hour shift system in a cleanroom environment. You will work six consecutive days followed by four days off, rotating through two morning shifts, two late shifts, and two night shifts.

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Completed vocational training in Electrical Engineering , Mechatronics, Automation Technology, or a comparable field- At least three years of professional experience in maintenance, ideally within the semiconductor industry- Strong knowledge of automation systems and control room operations - Ability to maintain an overview and make sound decisions in complex situations- Excellent communication skills to ensure close collaboration between office-based and production-line teams- Confident communication skills in both German and English are mandatory
