Introduction

You turn AI prototypes into production-ready software that works reliably worldwide.

Tasks

• You implement Python APIs, SDKs, and integration components so that product software can leverage AI capabilities.
• You transform ML, LLM, and agent-based prototypes into production-ready software that meets performance, latency, and resource requirements.
• You optimize inference and middleware for real-time use on edge and embedded target systems.
• You write maintainable code with unit and integration tests as well as corresponding documentation.
• You analyze and resolve integration issues between model, middleware, and infrastructure.
• You collaborate with MLOps, data, and product teams on deployment, monitoring, and release automation.

Qualifications

• You bring several years of experience in professional Python development as well as solid software engineering practices such as testing, CI/CD, code reviews, and Git.
• You have already gained hands-on experience integrating ML or LLM components into real production applications.
• You are ideally familiar with containers and orchestration such as Docker and Kubernetes or OpenShift, and bring experience with hybrid cloud or on-prem integration, authentication and RBAC, as well as data stores; knowledge of inference on edge devices or with runtimes such as ONNX or TF Lite is an advantage.
• You are convincing through team spirit, solution orientation, and analytical thinking.
• You stand out through strong problem-solving skills as well as independence and personal responsibility.
• Very good German skills and very good English skills (written and spoken) round off your profile.
