Position : MEMS Chip Project Manager

Location : Dresden, Germany

Tasks:

• Lead the team of experts in developing an innovative next-generation MEMS chip;
• MEMS design, technology, layout, wafer-level testing, manufacturing, and quality to develop optimal concepts and solutions for the product;
  Manage the team's interfaces with system, ASIC, package, and final test development;
• Managing the project schedule, which includes identifying dependencies between different work packages, determining the critical path, and setting and monitoring key milestones;
• Performing systematic and thorough risk management to enable fast TTM with good technical maturity;
• Continuously tracking project status, including quality, budget, production costs, and schedule, and regularly reporting to stakeholders and management.

Requirements:

• University degree (master's/diploma/PhD) in physics, microsystems, electrical engineering, or comparable field;
• Several years of experience in MEMS development;
• Experience in an organizational role;
• Experience in managing complex projects;
• Ability to manage stakeholders from different areas, including internal customers;
• PMP qualification is an advantage;
• Ability to work in a dynamic, intercultural, and interdisciplinary environment;
• Well-organized and structured approach to work, even in challenging situations;
• Strong decision-making skills and high commitment to projects with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset and a passion for customer satisfaction;
• Very good English skills.
