Working Student Creative Producer (m/f/d)

The role

We are an industrial B2B company looking for someone who sits at the intersection of:

Technology × Design × Content × Brand

You'll help us turn products, technical subjects, sales campaigns, and ideas into high-quality content that people actually want to look at .

This isn't a traditional graphic-design role. We're looking for someone who combines a strong aesthetic sense with technology (particularly generative AI ) to produce great creative work faster and more efficiently.

What you'll work on

• Creating images, graphics, videos, animations, and short-form content
• Developing content for our B2B brand and social channels
• Creating content supporting sales, outreach, and marketing campaigns
• Developing and maintaining a consistent visual identity
• Creating presentations and sales assets
• Turning technical and industrial subjects into engaging content
• Using AI to accelerate visual and video production
• Experimenting with new creative technologies
• Building reusable templates and AI-assisted content workflows

What we're looking for

You have a strong understanding of:

• Visual composition, typography, color, and layout
• Branding and visual consistency
• Social-media content and storytelling
• Video and short-form content
• Basic copywriting

You're also comfortable experimenting with tools such as:

• AI: ChatGPT, Midjourney, Gemini/Nano Banana, Firefly, Runway, Kling, Veo, Sora or similar
• Creative: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar
• Bonus: AI workflows, automation, Webflow/Framer, HTML/CSS or APIs

You don't need to know every tool. Your creative eye and ability to learn and combine technology matter more.

Professional experience isn't required. Freelance work, university projects, personal brands, social-media accounts, AI experiments, and personal creative projects all count.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a student
• German and English required
• Available 20 hours/week across 3 days
• Able to regularly work from our Dresden office near Industriegelände
• Start ASAP
