Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Manages projects / sub projects with medium to high complexity and risk
• Responsible to plan and execute assigned projects from project initiation to project closure
• Lead a diverse cross functional project team
• Assigns responsibilities within project to Project Managers of sub-projects and Project Members
• Continuously assess project risks and implement mitigation plan
• Monitor project progress, manage & address project constraints
• Actively identifies and manages changes and adapts project approach to meet defined scope, timeline and budget

Note: This position is a 14 months fixed-term contract

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Academic Background: A degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics, Computer Science, or a similar technical field
• Industry Expertise: At least 2 years of experience in the semiconductor industry or with Project Management
• Stakeholder Management: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills with the ability to manage complex internal and external interfaces at all levels
• Certification: A recognized Project Management Certification such as IPMA, PMP, or PRINCE2 would be a plus
• Intercultural Competence: A strong sense of intercultural awareness and the ability to navigate global team dynamics effectively
• Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills; proficiency in German is a strong asset
• Mindset: An extroverted and open-minded personality who thinks "out of the box" and uses critical thinking to proactively mitigate risks
