What You’ll Do

• Provide high‑quality nursing care, including medication administration and daily care routines.
• Document care digitally and ensure accurate record‑keeping.
• Maintain trusting communication with residents, their families, physicians, and colleagues.
• Guide and mentor assistant staff, trainees and interns – both professionally and personally.

What We Expect From You

• Completed training as an examinierte Pflegefachkraft (w/m/d) or a comparable qualification in elderly or health‑care nursing.
• Strong empathy and a respectful, team‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, and the multidisciplinary team.
• Willingness to take on leadership responsibilities for junior staff.

Working Conditions

• Full‑time position (39‑hour week) with a 5‑day work week and flexible, early‑planning shift schedules.
• Salary range: €3,669 – €4,391 gross per month, depending on pay grade, plus a qualification allowance.
• Additional remuneration: seasonal loyalty bonuses, above‑average shift premiums, and fair anniversary awards.
• 30 days of annual leave plus generous special‑leave days.
