ProFleet Group is currently recruiting experienced QA Weld Inspectors (3.0 & 3.1) for an immediate start on a major Pharmaceutical and Semiconductor project in Dresden, Germany.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly expanding engineering contractor delivering high-purity process pipework and critical mechanical installations on one of Europe's leading industrial projects.

We are seeking highly motivated inspectors with proven experience in welding quality assurance, documentation and inspection within regulated industries.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform visual inspection of stainless steel process pipework welds.
* Verify welding activities comply with approved WPS, PQRs and project specifications.
* Review welder qualifications and welding documentation.
* Conduct and witness welding inspections throughout fabrication and installation.
* Ensure weld traceability, weld logs and inspection records are maintained accurately.
* Review material certificates, heat numbers and QA documentation.
* Raise, monitor and close NCRs, punch list items and quality observations.
* Liaise with client QA representatives, construction teams and subcontractors.
* Ensure compliance with ASME, EN ISO, PED and client-specific quality requirements.
* Support hydrostatic testing, flushing, commissioning and mechanical completion.
* Produce daily and weekly QA reports.
* Drive a culture of quality

Essential Requirements

* Valid CSWIP 3.0 or CSWIP 3.1 Welding Inspector Certification (or equivalent internationally recognised qualification).
* Minimum 3 years' experience as a QA Weld Inspector on industrial construction projects.
* Previous experience within Pharmaceutical, Semiconductor, Life Sciences or Data Centre projects is highly desirable.
* Excellent knowledge of stainless steel process pipework and hygienic welding standards.
* Strong understanding of ASME B31.3, EN ISO welding standards and quality documentation.
* Experience reviewing WPS, PQRs, WPQRs, weld maps and material traceability records.
* Ability to interpret engineering drawings, isometrics and fabrication documentation.
* Excellent communication and reporting skills.
* High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* EU Passport or legal right to work within the European Union.

Desirable Qualifications

CSWIP 3.2 Senior Welding Inspector.
* NDT Level II qualifications (VT, PT, MT).
* BGAS-CSWIP certification.
* ISO 9001 Quality Management experience.
* Experience using digital QA systems such as EIDA or similar.
