In this role, you lead a team of approximately 100 employees and are accountable for business performance, operational excellence, quality, customer satisfaction, and sustainable growth. You drive process optimization, organizational development, and the effective execution of the company’s strategy and provide leadership, vision, and direction to the organization while balancing global business priorities with local market requirements.A strong focus is placed on achieving revenue and profitability targets, improving operational efficiency, and delivering defined P&L objectives.
