Deine Aufgaben:

• Betrieb, Wartung und Weiterentwicklung unserer On-Prem-Infrastruktur (Proxmox-Cluster mit mehreren Nodes und VMs inkl. Backup-Strategien)
• Administration und Ausbau unserer Netzwerkinfrastruktur (OPNsense Firewall, UniFi Fabric, VLANs, VPN - OpenVPN/WireGuard/Headscale)
• Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung unseres Security-Stacks (SIEM/EDR mit Wazuh, Endpoint Security, Incident Detection)
• Verantwortung für Monitoring & Logging (Loki, Grafana, Zabbix inkl. Alerting)
• Incident Response inkl. Root-Cause-Analyse und nachhaltiger Fehlerbehebung (Post-Mortems)
• Automatisierung von Infrastruktur und Prozessen mit Ansible (Linux, Windows, macOS) sowie Scripting (Python, Bash)
• Integration und Nutzung von APIs (Google, Microsoft Graph, Atlassian, GitLab)
• Weiterentwicklung und Review von IT-Sicherheitsrichtlinien (z. B. Passwort-, Security- und KI-Policies)
• Betreuung unserer DATEV-Umgebung inkl. SmartCard-Integration
• Verwaltung von Usern, Zugängen und Berechtigungen (AD, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365)
• Administration unserer VoIP-Lösung (3CX)
• Lifecycle-Management für Hardware und Endgeräte (Windows, macOS, Linux)
• 1st & 2nd Level Support für unsere Mitarbeitenden (Troubleshooting, On-/Offboarding)
• Planung und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten (Migrationen, Rollouts, Infrastruktur-Ausbau)
• Aufbau und Pflege von Dokumentation in einer gewachsenen Umgebung

Dein Profil:

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der eigenverantwortlichen Administration komplexer IT-Infrastrukturen
• Sehr gute Linux-Kenntnisse (z. B. Debian, Ubuntu, Arch) inkl. tiefem Troubleshooting (Kernel, Treiber, Netzwerk)
• Erfahrung mit Windows Server und macOS-Umgebungen
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in Netzwerktechnologien (VLANs, STP/RSTP, LACP, Routing, Firewalls, VPN)
• Erfahrung im Betrieb von Virtualisierungsumgebungen (Proxmox/KVM, Clusterbetrieb, Backups)
• Hands-on Erfahrung mit Automatisierung (Ansible) und Scripting (Python/Bash)
• Kenntnisse im Bereich SIEM/EDR und IT-Security (z. B. Wazuh, Elastic, Splunk)
• Erfahrung mit Atlassian Stack, GitLab und Directory Services
• Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
• Bereitschaft, dich tief in bestehende Systeme einzuarbeiten und Dinge nachhaltig zu verbessern
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Your tasks:

Your profile:

• Several years of experience in the independent administration of complex IT infrastructures
• Very good knowledge of Linux (e.g. Debian, Ubuntu, Arch) including in-depth troubleshooting (kernel, drivers, network)
• Experience with Windows Server and macOS environments
• Sound knowledge of network technologies (VLANs, STP/RSTP, LACP, routing, firewalls, VPN)
• Experience in operating virtualization environments (Proxmox/KVM, cluster operation, backups)
• Hands-on experience with automation (Ansible) and scripting (Python/Bash)
• Knowledge of SIEM/EDR and IT security (e.g. Wazuh, Elastic, Splunk)
• Experience with Atlassian Stack, GitLab and Directory Services
