In our advanced cleanroom environment, every detail counts, and your expertise will help shape the future, one innovation at a time.Are you in?Your roleKey responsibilities in your new roleDisciplinary and functional leadership of the shift team, including the development and coaching of employees and apprenticesResponsibility for transport systems and automation equipment in the 200 mm and 300 mm manufacturing facilitiesExecution of IT FAB support for both production lines, including AMC shutdowns as well as coordination and escalation to on-call support teamsResponsibility for the timely response to disruptions, including the initiation of appropriate corrective actions (crisis management)Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, security requirements, fire protection regulations and cleanroom guidelinesThe position involves working in a continuous 8-hour shift system in a cleanroom environment. You will work six consecutive days followed by four days off, rotating through two morning shifts, two late shifts, and two night shifts.Your profileYou are able to effectively communicate the company’s strategic direction and create and foster a trust-based work environment that encourages learning from mistakes.
