We're looking for you as:

AI-Powered Product & Content Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

Heilbronn | remote | Full-time

This is where you work with precision:

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing tempmate offerings in close collaboration with the Product team.
• Define and continuously refine product positioning, messaging, USPs, and buyer personas based on market and competitive insights.
• Create high-impact sales enablement assets (pitch decks, one-pagers, objection handling, demo scripts) using AI tools for speed and quality.
• Own and continuously optimize the tempmate website end-to-end with the external agency (CMS workflows, UX, SEO, and conversion performance).
• Build and scale digital content and campaigns across channels (landing pages, white papers, case studies, LinkedIn, email), including an editorial calendar and localization.

These skills will make you a great addition to our team:

• Several years of experience in B2B product/content , ideally in SaaS/IoT/tech hardware or supply chain/cold chain.
• Hands-on, daily mastery of AI tools to produce high-quality marketing output efficiently (core requirement).
• Website ownership experience : able to build/manage and optimize sites with no-code/low-code + AI, incl. WordPress (or similar CMS) .
• Go-to-market experience : proven ability to develop and execute GTM strategies and support product launches.
• Strong communication + autonomous execution : excellent English, strong project management/self-organization in a lean, fast-moving team.
