We are looking for a Product Strategy & Innovation Manager who combines strategic thinking, customer engagement, innovation, and entrepreneurial drive. In this role, you will help shape our product portfolio, lead market adoption, and collaborate with customers to build the next generation of digital products and solutions.

This is not a traditional Product Manager role.

You will operate at the intersection of Product Management, Consulting, Go-to-Market, and Innovation.

Your Mission

You will take ownership of products once they have successfully passed our innovation and MVP validation stage.

From there, your focus is to transform promising solutions into commercially successful products by defining product strategy, creating compelling market positioning, enabling sales, and driving customer adoption.

At the same time, you will work closely with customers to identify future opportunities, shape new offerings, and establish co-development partnerships.

What You Will Do

Product Strategy & Market Development

• Define and evolve product vision and strategy
• Identify market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities
• Develop strategic product roadmaps
• Build business cases and investment recommendations
• Manage product lifecycle evolution and portfolio positioning

Go-to-Market & Commercialization

• Develop product positioning and messaging strategies
• Define pricing, packaging, and licensing models
• Create compelling value propositions and customer narratives
• Develop sales enablement and marketing materials
• Lead product launch activities
• Support strategic sales opportunities and customer engagements

Customer Innovation & Co-Development

• Facilitate discovery, innovation, and strategy workshops
• Identify emerging customer needs and new product opportunities
• Build co-innovation and co-development programs with customers
• Establish strategic customer partnerships
• Validate new concepts and business opportunities

Product Adoption & Customer Success

• Support strategic product implementations
• Drive customer value realization and adoption
• Build reference customers and success stories
• Analyze customer feedback and product usage patterns
• Develop initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and long-term adoption

Portfolio & Solution Development

• Position products within the broader Fusion Digital portfolio
• Contribute to integrated end-to-end solutions
• Identify partnership and ecosystem opportunities
• Support portfolio and investment decisions

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Consulting, Innovation, Digital Transformation, or a related field.
• Experience bringing products, services, or digital solutions to market.
• Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience building business cases and driving commercial success.
• Experience in Life Sciences, Pharma, Biotech, or MedTech.
• Experience with AI, Data, Cloud, or Digital Platforms.
• Fluent German and English.
