Dutch-speaking Backoffice Support (m/f/d) - Essen, Germany
Introduction
TELUS Digital is seeking a Digital Trust and Safety Analyst fluent in French to join our dynamic team in Essen, Germany. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent service standards and making a positive impact in the digital space.
Responsibilities
- Client Understanding: Back office support only. Taking over general administrative tasks.
- Expert Support: Provide online support for specific cases
- Business Impact: Play a crucial role in helping achieve the company’s business targets.
- Customer Satisfaction: Achieving and ensuring the quality standards.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Dutch (written and spoken) and a minimum B2 of English
- Valid work permit for Germany or EU citizenship
- Availability to complete up to 4 weeks full time training.
- Affinity with back office services
- Reliable and efficient way of working
- Goal-oriented approach to work
