What you will enjoy doing

• Lead a diverse team across business development, sales, and key account management to achieve strategic goals
• Develop, guide, and approve comprehensive business development and sales strategies, including targeted approaches for specific sales projects
• Supervise and lead final contract negotiations to secure favorable agreements
• Monitor market changes and trends to proactively adapt strategies and identify new opportunities
• Initiate and nurture alliances with key customers and suppliers to strengthen partnerships
• Participate actively in strategic development initiatives and contribute to bringing new products to market
• Establish and maintain strong business relationships with existing and potential customers, leading and influencing customer project teams
• Manage internal cross-functional project teams including electronics gases experts, engineering, plant operations, production, legal, finance, and other relevant units
• Contribute to identifying and developing value drivers that unlock new business potential
• Prepare decision-making materials for management and maintain accurate project reporting in CRM software

What makes you great

• Hold a master’s degree in STEM subjects, combined engineering and business administration, or a related field
• Bring at least five years of experience in business development, sales, or project management with strong business acumen
• Demonstrate proven leadership of diversified teams across multiple locations
• Possess deep expertise in commercial, financial, and technical aspects of indutrial and electronics gases, gas processing plants, and related industries such as hydrogen economy and specialty gases
• Show strong technical knowledge in electronics gases, specialty gases, liquid gas distribution and storage, cryogenic technologies, and gas separation methods
• Exhibit strong skills in cost calculation, economic modeling, and financial analysis
• Have solid experience in key account management, customer engagement, and negotiation, with readiness to travel as needed
• Manage complex, multi-functional global projects with clarity and effectiveness
• Communicate fluently in English at business proficiency level and have intermediate German skills
• Bring excellent presentation, intercultural, and interdisciplinary communication skills
