Senior Construction Supervisor (m/f/d)

Discover your exciting roleAs a Senior Construction Supervisor (m/f/d), you will play a key role in the successful execution of complex industrial construction projects. You will be responsible for leading site operations, coordinating construction and installation activities, supervising personnel, and ensuring that projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Acting as the primary point of contact on site, you will collaborate closely with customers, project management, engineering teams, subcontractors, and construction personnel.Explore your tasks and responsibilitiesLead construction sites in accordance with project requirements and ensure smooth site operations.Set up and demobilize construction sites.Deploy, supervise, instruct, and train site personnel.Monitor and oversee the execution of all construction and installation activities.Organize and coordinate work preparation activities on site.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and accident prevention regulations, including for assigned personnel.Coordinate tools, equipment, and materials on site and arrange procurement according to project requirements.Monitor financial aspects of the project, including adherence to budget targets.Schedule inspections and review inspection reports and documentation.Inspect and document weld samples and welding quality records.Prepare quantity take-offs and as-built measurements.Perform commissioning activities in the presence of customer representatives.Serve as the operational interface to customers, including participation in construction and coordination meetings.Act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders.Depending on project size, actively support installation and assembly activities on site.Show your expertiseCompleted technical vocational training or apprenticeship in a relevant discipline such as Mechanical Engineering, Plant Construction, Piping, Welding, Mechatronics, or a comparable technical field.Several years of professional experience in industrial plant construction, process plant construction, or similar construction environments.Proven leadership and supervisory experience managing construction teams and subcontractors.Solid knowledge of welding processes, welding techniques, and quality requirements.Experience coordinating construction activities in a multidisciplinary project environment.Strong teamworking and collaboration skillsProficiency in PC applications, particularly Microsoft OfficeExperience working with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics NAV)Good German language skills, both written and spoken, English language skills are an advantageValid driver's license (Class B)What we offer youRespectful and appreciative corporate culture30 days of vacationCorporate benefitsJobBikeJobTicketWellpassBenefits for personal occasionsEmployee referral programCompany eventsContact:You want to be part of the Exentec team?
