As an SAP HCM for S/4HANA Expert, you’ll help shape future HR system landscapes. You’ll advise on migration strategies, assess architectural options (e.g. Brownfield, Greenfield, Compatibility Mode) and contribute across strategic and delivery phases of complex transformation programs.What you can expectAdvisory and delivery support in SAP HCM transformation programs toward S/4HANAEvaluation of options such as HCM for S/4, Compatibility Pack, or hybrid SuccessFactors modelsDepending on your experience: project stream leadership or architecture designCollaboration with SuccessFactors teams for integrated solutionsOptional: contribution to RfPs, proposals, and client solution design.#ERCFY27What we are looking for:You bring solid experience in SAP ECC HCM, with deep know-how in at least one of the following core modules:Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Payroll (PY) or Time Management (PT)You’re curious about or already familiar with SAP HCM for S/4HANA – experience here is a strong plus, but not requiredYou enjoy working on complex HR IT landscapes, advising clients, and helping them navigate transformation journeysYou communicate clearly and work well with diverse teams – on-site and remote, business and technicalYou’re fluent in German and English, and you value delivery excellence, structure, and team spirit​What we offerWork on high-visibility HR IT transformation projects with strategic impactOpportunity to shape SAP HCM system architecture in the S/4 eraCareer growth toward roles like Solution Architect, Lead Consultant, or Delivery LeadHybrid work model, international collaboration, and strong peer supportContinuous learning opportunities including S/4HANA and related SAP technologiesThe Accenture Culture: Here, YOU make the differenceWe value collaboration, personal growth, and meaningful impact.
