Welcome to Bosch.** The Robert Bosch GmbH is looking forward to your application! ## Job Description * You develop innovative power semiconductor components (Si Power MOSFETs) for future applications in automotive electronics. * You precisely characterize power semiconductor devices and verify compliance with specifications. * In doing so, you perform detailed analyses of manufacturing data and results from electrical production testing (including Electrical Wafer Sort). * You coordinate and carry out development tasks while working closely with customers, manufacturing, and quality assurance. * After series release, you take over development-side product support and ensure its ongoing success. ## Qualifications * **Education:** Completed university degree in electrical engineering or a comparable field of study * **Experience and know-how:** In-depth knowledge of semiconductor device physics and characterization; knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and automated data analysis is an advantage; several years of professional experience in the development of semiconductors components, ideally power semiconductors * **Work routine:** in a hybrid working model, you will meet your team members on site 3–4 days per week for personal exchange and collaboration * **Passion:** strong enthusiasm for research and the continuous advancement of semiconductor technologies * **Languages:** very good command of German and English, both written and spoken ## Additional Information We offer flexible working models: from various part-time options to mobile working and job sharing.
