Senior Product Manager (gn) Simulation & Connectivity Hub

Your mission

As Senior Product Manager for our Simulation & Connectivity hub, you will be at the forefront of the Wandelbots mission to revolutionize industrial automation with software-driven solutions that scale across robots and production sites.

You will be responsible for driving and executing product strategy for the cross-functional team developing the extensions and connectors of Wandelbots NOVA into industry-leading simulation solutions. Operating at the forefront of our technology partnerships with the providers of these solutions, you will shape our strategy and roadmap when it comes to driving our connectivity hub for Wandelbots NOVA for other shopfloor IT and OT solutions.

You will work hand in hand with your cross-functional team including engineering, design, and business stakeholders to bring innovative solutions to the market that allow our customers and users easier access to robotics than ever before.

Your profile

• Motivation and skills to deeply understand customer and user problems, bringing them into the team effectively, and identifying possible solutions in strong collaboration with the development team
• Proven experience in product management or product development centric role s , preferably within the robotics, automation, factory or automation simulation software or related software industries
• Proven record of accomplishment leading and delivering complex software products in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
• Proven e xperience with r obotics & a utomation s imulation solutions ( e.g. NVIDIA Omniverse , Siemens Process Simulate , Visual Components)
• Proven experience with e nterprise-grade IT infrastructure software ( e.g. MS Azure product suite and infrastructure)
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams & engage internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to break down and translate complex technical topics for non-techies , strong presentation and story-telling skills
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and drive cross-functional teams towards common goals
• High tolerance for ambiguity, fast learner, and ability to adapt with speed to new situations

You are awesome if:

• Software p rogramming or e ngineering know how
• Experience with Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies
• German language knowledge
