For our future fab in Dresden, we are looking for a highly motivated and committed:

System Specialist for Incoming Material Quality & Reliability (IMQR) (m/f/d) As our System Specialist for Incoming Material Quality & Reliability (IMQR) (m/f/d), you will be the gatekeeper of quality, ensuring that only the highest-standard materials make it into our production line. By setting up advanced web-based systems, building key interfaces with suppliers, and shaping our quality processes from day one, your footprint will be embedded in every microchip we manufacture. Job Responsibilities

• Set up and optimize our advanced web-based IMQR systems and establish automated data transfer protocols with global suppliers from the ground up.
• Take ownership of material usage decisions and master data maintenance within SAP, ensuring a continuous, in-time supply of premium materials into the Fab.
• Collect raw data and monitor Statistical Process Control (SPC) charts, transforming it into strategic operational workflows.
• Act as the first point of contact for troubleshooting. Train internal teams as well as external international suppliers on our systems.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to systematically improve productivity through optimized data management.

Your profile

• A completed vocational training (Berufsausbildung), paired with 2–5 years of professional experience in a comparable quality, data, or technical role within an international high-tech environment.
• Solid expertise in data management, reporting, and ERP systems (ideally SAP), combined with a good understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC) systems.
• You thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and view evolving processes as an opportunity to actively shape workflows. Detail-focused. Highly resilient.
• Fluent in English (our company language and communication to colleagues in Taiwan and Arizona).
• Experience in a high-tech manufacturing industry. Plus, basic language skills in German or Mandarin to ease local and global collaboration.
• Ready for Training at TSMC in Taiwan for 6 months.
