Are you in?Your RoleKey responsibilities in your new rolePerformance Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor key SORT Test metrics (Yield, Cycle Time, Line Stability, CLIP, Delivery Performance) and lead the implementation of continuous improvementsCustomer Returns & Escalation Management: Manage customer returns and SORT-related excursions. Coordinate cross-departmentally to ensure cases are closed within strict timeframesRoot Cause Analysis & Problem Solving: Own the implementation and verification of corrective actions for operational deviations using structured methodologies (e.g., 8D, 5 Whys, Is-Is Not)Capacity Planning & Supply Chain: Forecast demand and confirm capacity reservations with external foundries to meet business requirementsNew Product Introduction (NPI): Support Business Units in the seamless introduction of new products and the successful volume ramp-upYour ProfileQualifications and skills to help you succeedStrategic Communication: Ability to draw clear conclusions and present them effectively in management summariesRisk Management: Strong capability to assess risks, make decisive decisions, and recommend feasible proposals that balance benefits against risksExecution Excellence: Proven ability to translate high-level missions from senior management into detailed execution plansSupplier Influence: Experience in communicating with and influencing supplier teams to achieve IFX targets during the execution phaseTechnical Expertise: Solid experience in SORT and Final Test environmentsData Analytics: Strong skills in data analysis to drive decision-makingLanguage & Culture: Fluent English (business conversation and presentations) and experience working in multicultural environmentsCollaboration: A true team player who thrives in a collaborative settingContact: Felix Krackau#WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.As a global leader in semiconductor solutions in power systems and IoT, Infineon enables game-changing solutions for green and efficient energy, clean and safe mobility, as well as smart and secure IoT.
