As a Expert Contract & Claim Management, you will shape strategies, mitigate risks, and act as a trusted advisor to project leadership and stakeholders.Explore your tasks and responsibilitiesOverall responsibility for contract and claim management across the entire project lifecycleAnalysis, evaluation, and enforcement of contractual claims, as well as defense against unjustified claimsIdentification and assessment of risks and opportunities in contracts, and development of appropriate mitigation measuresLeading and supporting contract negotiations with clients, partners, and suppliersAdvising project management and relevant stakeholders on contractual and claim-related mattersEstablishing and further developing processes, methods, and standards in contract and claim managementShow your expertiseCompleted degree in Business Law, Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable qualificationSeveral years of professional experience in contract and claim management, ideally in a project-driven environmentIn-depth knowledge of contract law (e.g., BGB, VOB, FIDIC) and experience with complex contract structuresStrong negotiation skills and confident presence at management levelAnalytical thinking skills along with a structured and solution-oriented working styleVery good German and English skills, both written and spokenWhat we offerAre you looking for challenging projects?
