As part of the fab, Test is responsible for the functional testing of the manufactured wafers, known as wafer sorting. The development of test solutions for autonomous mobility, Industry 4.0 and 5G in Europe is an interesting and great challenge for which we would like to expand the team with an experienced Test Development Engineer.Your JobAs a Test Engineer you will be responsible for the development of test programs and test hardware for the functional test of SOC devices with memory, NVM, logic and mixed signal as well as RF components and the transfer of the test programs into production. The work task includes:Development of test concepts, test hardware and test programs for the functional test of devices with memory, NVM, logic and mixed signal/RF componentsElectrical characterization of NVM, memory logic and mixed signal/RF devices to support our technology development, yield engineering and quality teamsInstallation, correlation and release of test programs and test hardware for productionYield optimization, test time reduction and continuous improvement of the test processCreation of test project documentationRequired QualificationsCompleted Master's Degree or Diploma in the fields of information technology/communications engineering/electrical engineering/physics or comparableProfessional experience in electrical test beneficialVery good knowledge of electronic measurement methodsProgramming skills in C/C++/Java/PythonKnowledge in test hardware design (schematics, probe hardware preparation) is an advantageKnowledge in memory test procedures is an advantageVery good written and spoken English skillsWe OfferThe position is open-ended and to be filled as soon as possible.
