Demand Manager AI Solutions (m/f/d)

Tasks

• You are the central point of contact for AI-related requests and systematically structure incoming requirements from the specialist departments
• You evaluate and qualify AI use cases with regard to business value, technical feasibility, risks and strategic fit
• You support the prioritization of AI initiatives across teams and products in alignment with corporate strategy, capacities and dependencies
• You ensure coordination between business stakeholders, AI Product Owners and technical teams and create a common understanding of scope, value and expectations
• You develop high-level business cases with value hypotheses, cost estimates and success criteria
• You maintain a transparent overview of the AI demand pipeline and create regular status updates, reports and dashboards for management

Qualifications

• You have a Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Engineering or a related field
• You bring several years of experience in Demand Management, Portfolio Management, Business Analysis or a comparable role in a digital or technology-driven environment
• You have sound knowledge of digital technologies and ideally basic knowledge of AI and data-driven solutions
• You work independently and responsibly, communicate confidently at all levels and bring experience in dealing with cross-functional stakeholders
• You convince with strong analytical skills, solution orientation and the ability to structure complex business requirements
• Fluent English and German language skills (written and spoken) round off your profile
