As a Technical Manager for Service Delivery (Human*) , you are an operational pacemaker and strategic contact - with responsibility for the quality and further development of our managed services. Our office in Dresden is a strategic hub for our joint work, enabling close collaboration and regular communication with your team. WHAT YOU CAN LOOK FORWARD TO

• Operational coordination of the technical team to ensure high-performance and customer-oriented service provision
• With your commitment, you will actively support incident, problem, change and release management and ensure that all agreed service level agreements (SLAs) are reliably met
• Analysis of service metrics to identify optimization potential in service quality, automation and efficiency
• Communicating with customers in collaboration with Service Management
• Efficient use of various ITSM tools

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING WITH YOU

• Relevant qualifications in IT, whether through formal education, professional training, or hands-on experience, preferably within SIAM, IT operations, or service management environments
• At least 5 years experience in IT service management or IT operations management
• At least 2 years in a coordinating or leading role in an international service environment
• Familiarity with infrastructure, cloud, networking, and IT security, with the ability to understand technical interdependencies
• Sound knowledge of ITIL and mastery of ITSM processes
• A good feel for people, processes and priorities
• Very good knowledge of German and English

NOT A MUST, BUT A PLUS

• Knowledge of project management methods such as PRINCE2, Scrum or Kanban
• Certifications in network technologies from Cisco, Fortinet or similar
