Customer Success Manager (gn) Enterprise
Your mission
As a Customer Success Manager focused on the Enterprise sector, you will be at the forefront of the Wandelbots mission to revolutionize industrial automation with software-driven solutions that scale across robots and production sites.
You will be responsible for driving and executing an Enterprise Customer journey that enables our Customers to adopt and scale the Wandelbots NOVA Physical platform and become future-proof, software-driven manufacturing organisations of excellence.
You will report to the Head of Customer Success and work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Design, and your Revenue colleagues to bring innovative solutions to the market that allow our customers and users easier access to Physical AI than ever before.
What You'll Do
- Lead the C ustomer journey from late-stage S ales to full onboarding and bey ond .
- Develop collaboration plans with your C ustomers to ensure their success , making sure they are maximizing their outcomes from Wandelbots products and services .
- D evelope and expand strategies t hat drive growth from proof - of - concept projects to enterprise-wide rollouts.
- Monitor Customer sentiment and health and proactively address potential issues.
- Design and coordinate trainings , technical workshops, expert consultation, and other support services and solutions to ensure issue resolution and product adoption .
- Gather C ustomer feedback and insights to inform our revenue generation strategies and support the Produc t and Engineering team in product development.
- Engage with internal stakeholders and colleagues to ensure smooth and fast delivery of projects, services, features, to your Customers
- Represent the voice of the customer , with data, within internal discussions .
Your profile
- Several years of p roven experience in Customer Success or Account Management within B2B E nterprise environments. You have successfully worked with large E nterprise accounts and have a strong understanding of how Enterprise organisations buy and scale complex solutions.
- Exce llent communicatio n and int erpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders . You are equa lly comfor table in a room with engineers or C- suite .
- Proven experience working in startups or fast-pace d , fast- changing, organisations . You have high tolerance for ambiguity and quickly learn a nd ad apt to new situations.
- Strong understandin g and experience with technical products , preferably in the robotics , software development, or deep tech sector s . Coupled with a strong understanding of how enterprise customers purchase and scale complex solutions in this space
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering and Design teams. You are someone who can motivate others around you for the same goal.
- Strong self- organi s ational skills and attention to detail . You are good at planning, documenting, and maintaining an up-to-date CRM ( Hubspot , Salesforce) , CS platform ( Planhat , Velaris etc. ) , and tickets (Jira) .
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Professional proficiency in German and English
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet your Customers and attend trade fairs .
- Willingness to commute regularly to Dresden, particularly in the first months of your onboarding
Ideally, you are based in one of the following regions: Rhine-Main, Munich, Stuttgart, Düsseldorf, or Cologne/Bonn
- You have a past in a technical role or are curious enough to have learned to write code, pursue a no/low-code project, or even program a robot .
- You're passionate about technology , its potential to transform industries , and you contaminate others with that passion.
- You work or have worked in production, manufacturing or industrial automation.
