Together we are expanding our fully automated 300 mm semiconductor production in Dresden:As MEMS Process Developer (f/m/div.) you will be responsible for the pre-development of novel single processes/process modules for highly innovative magnetic sensors in 300 mmYou will play a central role in the transfer, adaptation and development of new MEMS processes and devices for our highly automated 300 mm line; In cooperation with research institutes for basic development and equipment manufacturers, you will pave the way towards series productionYou will demonstrate a comprehensive understanding in carrying out economic feasibility studies and cost comparisons of new processes, technologies and systems under the framework conditions of technical realization, capacities and future requirementsIn addition, you will plan and conduct experiments autonomously, coordinate the necessary analyses and evaluate the results in close cooperation with the teamYou will pursue the development goals as part of a team of experts from different areas in close cooperation with front-end production and overall process development
