Tasks

Your Responsibilities

• Designing, implementing, and continuously improving test strategies for functional and non-functional requirements
• Developing and maintaining automated tests for UI, APIs, and backend systems
• Planning, executing, and documenting manual and automated tests throughout the development lifecycle
• Integrating and optimizing test pipelines within CI/CD environments (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
• Identifying, analyzing, and tracking defects in close collaboration with development teams
• Contributing to code reviews with a focus on testability, quality, and best practices
• Selecting, introducing, and evolving modern test frameworks and tools
• Monitoring test results and quality metrics, ensuring transparency and continuous improvement
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as development, product, and regulatory
• Driving improvements in testing processes and quality assurance practices in line with a DevOps mindset

Requirements

Your Profile

• Extensive professional experience in backend software development
• Strong knowledge of test design techniques for functional and non-functional testing
• Fluency in English for effective professional communication
• Hands-on experience in test automation across UI, API, and backend layers
• Experience with modern test frameworks and tools
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into them
• Solid understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git) and participation in code reviews
• Collaborative mindset to work across hardware and software boundaries
• High level of technical ownership and commitment to high-quality code
• Analytical approach to solving complex architectural challenges
• Experience in the development of medical devices/medial software is a plus
